- After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly/yearly basis.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days.
4. Data Privacy

- Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- You retain all ownership rights to your business data.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the CRM system for lawful business purposes only.
- You shall not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

6. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
- You may terminate your account by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
8. Modifications
